Used to go every year when it was in Southwick. Was just grand. Then it was Shoreham airport I believe, and now some random farm in BN15.

The Barn kicked them out to have their own festival, then Glastonwick grew too big for the Airport so they now have a nice plot of land in the countryside. The Shuttle Buses sometimes have musicians on them which makes for a nice jolly atmosphere when you go the whole 10minutes from Shoreham Station to the site.

Stop being such a miserable SOD and thank f*** we have a decent beer & music festival on our doorstep

I went to this gig by accident. I mean, I got off the A27 because it was stuffed and down to 1 lane, then saw this beerfest thing and pulled over.

I saw attilla playing violin with some 'Ellis' geezer who sounded a lot like a Seasick Steve kinda thing, then there was a bunch of dreaded-up crusties with washboards and shit, moaning and wailing all crap like. Some of the audience looked like out of early Jethro Tull, and probably never wash.

I tried some Manc beer that must have had LSD or shrooms in it, because it weren't the alcohol high you might expect at all. Attilla said a poem and was evasive like a big star like 'im would be in a crowd of crusty smellies, and the wimmins were all dog rough.

Brilliant, can't wait for the next one
