I use a garage behind what used to be Woolies in London Road Brighton. ( can't remember the name ) Always been good on price & cheaper than Kwikfit, that's not hard though.

Cheap Tyre Prices | Dunlop Goodyear Pirelli | Discount Car Tyres | Tyre Shopper

try these people , ive got an sti impreza so was expecting a huge hit on the tyres. went to kwik fit who quoted me 360 quid for 2 brdgestone re050's . looked at tyre shopper who did both for £200 quid inc balancing fitting etc. was pretty amazed with the price and the service. if you put in your car reg it will come up with the tyres they have for your car you pay on line and choose a day and time , mine were done in half hour. they had a place in hassocks. would def use again

I've used Brighton Tyre and Exhaust for years and would recommend them. They're just past St Peters church in Richmond Parade, just round the corner from what used to be the Richmond pub, now called something else.

Try them.

I use mobile tyres, by the entrance to London road car park, you're talking £70 a pair, no complaints. Probably the same place minime is talking about.

Just a suggestion mate, please make sure you don't get cheap tyres and go for a branded budget type if you're low on £. I know it sounds silly but these pieces of rubber are the only thing connecting you and the road and in tyre tests the el cheapo brands (like LingLong) compared to the budget Bridgestone took nearly 10 meters longer to stop in the wet from speed. (I'll find the link if you want it, but it was something like 42 meters compared to 32 from 50mph odd).

When I was driving a van delivering parts our company would always use the cheapest tyres for us, come to think of it all the parts were the cheapest . Just goes to show what they think of the staff.

Back to the topic the place that we used for are vans was a mobile service that was pretty cheap. Nice people to.

Speak to upthealbion1970 - he runs ATS in Brighton and may be able to do you a good deal.

Mention that you are an Albion fan - obviously!

Get part worn tyres. There is a place just before Scream studios ( just off the Lewes rd it's the one way street just after kwik shit). Tyres in v good condition. there's a small swing sign on the corner of the lewes rd which says tyres on it

Can anybody recommend a decent(and cheap) tyre centre in Brighton/Hove. Need at least 2 tyres and considering biting the bullet and doing all 4, but prices seem to vary.

ta!

Rapid Auto Centre in Portslade, Friends of the Albion, 01273 422128.

Ask for Gary Stevens (no really, it's his name) tell him Phil sent you. You'll get a decent rate off him.
