Worthing
Forfars do lovely chocalate brownies and they are a locally owned company to boot.

cocoa, I've got a lovely simple recipe you can have. Let me know how you get on with it.

Chocolate Brownies

250g soft slightly salted butter
250g best-quality dark chocolate
4 large eggs
1/2 tablespoon vanilla extract
330g caster sugar
200g plain flour

1. Preheat oven to 180C, gas mark 4.
2. Line brownie pan & sides with parchment or silicone paper.
3. Melt butter and chocolate together in large bowl over a pan of simmering water.
4. In a bowl beat the eggs with the sugar and vanilla.
5. Measure the flour into another bowl.
6. When chocolate and butter has melted, allow it to cool slightly, and then beat in eggs and sugar and vanilla.
7. Add the flour.
8. Beat until smooth then scrape in to silicone paper lined baking tray.
9. Bake for approximately 25 minutes. Do not allow to dry out – cook until top is dried but the mixture is still gooey.
