After we win tomorrow! Should Murray get an automatic start in the team next game?

No, if we win comprehensively, Murray shouldn't get his place back in the team automatically. Personally I do see us winning but not overly comfortable. I think that what this situation outlines is that we are in desperate need of a back up striker, preferably from the premiership, or a seasoned championship striker.

bit of a silly question really as it depends on whether:
we win lose or draw
how the strikers play
if the strikers score
whether they might be injured for the following game
who we are playing next
whether they have recieved their season ticket yet

As class as Murray is I am a strong believer that if you play well you keep the shirt...It is the only way to really run a squad of players am pretty sure it is how Adams manages.

I would like to see Gary Hart start up front tomorrow and if he does the business then the he should start at Roots Hall next Friday. It sends the right message out to those not to have started so far that the opportunities are to be grasped if they come along. Also a lesson to be learnt for Murray as well.

Albion & England forever.

Has to be Murray. The partnership has clicked and there's no point in breaking it up.You might get away with Hart upfront for one game but it certainly won't last.

If we win tomorrow, it will be DESPITE Murrays absense, not because of it.
If he loses his place through a series of GASH displays then fair enough. But as it stands, Murray goes STRAIGHT back into the team for Southend, whatever the score is tomorrow.
