No he has obstacles all the way but Dean hardly had it easy with losing most of his midfield in the middle of the season.
What i am saying Dick expect the fans to be patient with him but he is not leant at all and expects the world from Managers all this bullshit we will let Deano learn his trade earlier in the season and now it's your not good enough.
