Greek in Hamburg, GER
I will open a can of worms here :D
While the Greek name is a region of N.Greece, in english it causes a lot of interesting talks :

When I was working I signed my team up for an account with a courier firm simply because I liked their name; 'By Hand'. Public procurement procedures were more relaxed in those days.

Fudge.
A name makes it. Available right now are Amy Smiths Fudge, Mrs Tilly's Scottish Fudge plus a Aunt ? (forget the name now) which is just a foreign fudge rebagged.
I sell those hard sugar pebbles with the slogan 'just like your Mum would buy'.
Hisense had the slogan Top Selling TV in China which put me off.

Hifiman are a Chi-fi company primarily known for their headphones.

The name makes them sound cheap and nasty to me, yet their range goes from a few hundred quid to a few thousand.

I've heard lots of their different models. The build quality isn't the best, but the comfort and sound quality on some models are quite nice.

Oh yeah.

Ford Ka.

Wtf is that all about!, is it a car, or isn't it?

And Ford in general....

Fix Or Repair Daily
A bit of tin, a bit of board,
nail them together and you've got a Ford.

I can't believe it's not been mentioned yet, Apple! I cannot stand the company. I have never and will never buy anything from them.

Edit. I realise this is not what the op meant but I hate them.

Likely the best company at marketing in history.

For locking buyers into their 'ecosystem', and vastly over pricing their products, I have exactly the same view of them as you.
