Anyone know?

They didn’t have them a few months ago but recall seeing something on Boastbook that they had been installed in the multi storey in the last month or so.

I’m aware Asda have them.

(NB before my “moral fibre” gets dragged through the mud, the Mrs has got some legitimate business of a sundry nature at The Marina this week and although she expects to be within the present 4 hour window but doesn’t want to get all panicky if it gets close)

and yes, we have Googled it and have tried turned it off and on again. We’ve also suggested moving the away fans but have yet to hear a response.

Whenever I used to visit clients in the area behind the barrier, they gave me a pass for free parking.

I've never heard so many innuendos in one sentence. Fine work.

In case this is a useful alternative: nearby Black Rock car park (not yet on google maps) is paid, but you can stay for longer than four hours

There is new signage in the multistorey car park clearly stating the four hour limit and the fines they will levy if you go over. There do look to be cameras over the west entrance now.
They are not 'fines' though if it's a typical 'outrageous scam' (Hansard: HoC parking debate 2018) private parking operator.

Can someone get me pics of the new sign? I'm collecting evidence for the upcoming Public Consultation that Labour will have to trudge through this Summer before - hopefully - finally completing the stranglehold on the parking industry that the Tories mucked up.

Haven’t fished out of a marina boat for a while but the marina have an obligation to provide free parking for anyone using the charter boats so not sure how they’re managing this if they are now enforcing the 4hr limit

Can't see the restaurants etc down there being overly happy either as quite a few people do a film then a meal. If they enforce the four hour limit that'll put paid to that. And just thinking about films, you could even struggle with a long one - Killers Of The Flower Moon was around 3.5hrs, plus trailers and adverts - without doing anything else down there.

You'll see the ANPR set back from entrances and exits. But I need a pic of the sign please, as evidence. In fact any current private parking (the supposed full t&cs not entrance P) signs, if anyone wants to pm them over to me this Summer.
