It was farcical bordering on amateurish, McGuinness has long been a national treasure but I think that status is now in some jeopardy.

I'm not blaming him for the first couple, but what was he doing for the free-kick? You put the wall one side, and you protect the other side. It ain't rocket science. And each time he came towards a player he just flapped his legs about as if he had no idea he could use his hands.
