Tough for us when he only has a year left.

A transfer to the Champions League finalists is surely too good for the player to turn down. Hopefully we can get some good add-ons and a decent sell-on% but his agent surely holds most of the cards now.
We have an option on him though don’t we?

Mitoma's replacement? We'd lose all influence on the left wing. The only way he can play is centrally behind the striker(s), and he's wayyy too greedy.
No we wouldn't.

A Brentford supporting pal of mine watched him at left wing this season when his team faced Ipswich. He reported that Enciso was the best player on the pitch at left wing and was wondering why on earth we sent him out on loan.

He has been unplayable at left wing for us before:

There were clearly areas of his game that needed improving such as tracking players, tacking, defending and passing. I think Hürzeler wants him to be more of a team player. Whether or not he can be that player is open to debate but as an attacking threat on the left wing, he is good enough.

Mmm for my defence I depressingly sold my ticket for that game as I was on holiday. It still hurts and now it's being used against me.

Time to walk away. I've been told.

Porto of the Portuguese League has sent a new offer and is keen to sign the talented Julio Enciso from Premier League club Brighton.

The Portuguese club has already agreed personal terms with the player."

It's his best position I think. But he would have to pull his tripe out a bit more.

I’d still like to keep Julio.
He has that something about him and imho will mature into a fantastic player
Yes, all things being equal so would I. But we're making new signings, Buonanotte might come back, and we're only allowed a squad of 25 players so something has to give. I'd rather we sold someone like Enciso, who we've already allowed to go out on loan (and did ok without him), as opposed to one of the more crucial players.

PLUS any players under 21,
so we could easily have a squad of 30+ players if we wanted to
