This came out recently. Not sure when it was filmed

Makes me sad to think he may be leaving.

Probably an agent trying to flush out interest into the open as the other clubs fans will start going "Newcastle? Why aren't we in for him as a bigger club?" and generating internet traffic on that basis

To be fair, he was right that the deal and terms was agreed, Newcastle then were informed Isak was available and rightly chose him. JP said in an interview that he was upset that the deal with Newcastle collapsed and he stayed at Watford.

Newcastle being back in for him makes complete sense.

According to Fabrizio Romano its gonna be Newcastle?

Interesting. They've shown before they won't be pushed on fees after they tried to buy Guehi last year and Palace wouldn't budge on the price. If we're selling this summer, I'd probably rather it was him than some of the others- he does feel like a very Newcastle sort of player doesn't he?- but they can absolutely cough up the going rate for him.

Goodbye. No time for petulant children at our club. Has a great game 1 in every 5 and scores a few penalties. If we get £70 million we’ve had their pants down
Welll that’s not true is it, this season he has around 16 goals contributions. Mitoma has the same amount that’s 30 goals we would need to find elsewhere if they both leave. I’m not sure it’s substantial for them both to leave I guess we shall see.

He's exactly the sort of player Geordies blindly adore: South American, flair, dives a lot, and with a strong tendency to be a bit of a dickhead when things aren't going his way.

They will worship him. Hopefully we can absolutely rinse them for a fee.

If he goes there and wants to be a regular starter he’d better hope Isak gets a long term injury
I don't know- I doubt they'd be buying him as a centre forward would they? He's more of a wide player or an attacking midfielder. It's hard to imagine Jacob Murphy having another season like the last one, having been fairly average for every other season throughout his career, plus he's in his 30s now, so it's probably more like that sort of role they're looking at. Or Gordon's slot, if Liverpool came back in for him.

I don’t think waving your arms around to gee up the home support. Especially when your having a quiet game, will go down well on Tyneside
Au contraire. I think that' exactly the sort of thing they LAP UP on Tyneside.
