The OP was asked a perfectly valid question and answered with an equally valid answer - it wasn't a dig at you - he has you on ignore so won't see the Trump thread. How else was he meant to answer the question ?

I'm with @Simster on this one. You really do need to chill a bit - take a chill pill, have a Cadburys Caramel or whatever chills you. This is a casual chat site mainly based around the Albion yet you post extraordinary long posts, get offended when people don't agree with you, nit pick other peoples posts and are rather self absorbed.

Just take the site for what it is - a virtual pub where some people talk utter bollocks and it's all a bit of fun.

Stop being so serious and enjoy the site - if you can't do that then it might be best to step away.

Donald Trump has been involved in some sordid sex scandal? Surely that's just just something the orange bastard will boast about, and all his thick lemming supporters will go, "Hey hey, good on yer, Donald - you just put it wherever you want"?
Read recently before Trump's court case only 17% of republican voters thought a convicted felon can be president, after his conviction 68% thought it was OK!! No hope.

Trump and Musk are bad for the world. I'd argue that a united T&M is worse than a disunited T&M, so I see this fallout as good for the world.

Is it good that either of these scumbags were born? No, of course not, but we are where we are. Might as well enjoy the fallout. To ignore the joyful and think only of the world's issues would be depressing.
It was always going to be M.A.D with those two sharing the Oval Office.

from CNN:

Trump appeared to moderate his tone at times during his meeting with Merz, saying he “always liked Elon” – before implicitly accusing him of so-called “Trump derangement syndrome.”

“He’s not the first – people leave my administration, and they love us, and then at some point they miss it so badly, and some of them embrace it, and some of them actually become hostile.
I don’t know what it is. It’s sort of ‘Trump derangement syndrome,’ I guess they call it, but we have it with others too,” he said.

“They leave, and they wake up in the morning, and the glamour is gone,” he continued. “The whole world is different, and they become hostile. I don’t know what it is.”

Keep trying to believe it, you narcissistic, cretinous, fat orange turd.

The level of arrogance to talk himself into believing that its because they miss the "glamour" of being in his administration, and not because they wake up and smell the roses to what he really is, is truly staggering.

When he finally pops his clogs, Im going on a Return of the Jedi-esque, Galaxy wide celebration / bender.

Do you live here?
What's the relevance of that? @BadFish asked you for the source of the data backing up your comment about inflation. You say that source is 'google' - which is internationally available. I have googled it - and provided the data in my post which doesn't really show what you were saying at all.

So, what's your real source / quote?

I’d like to join the celebration please. As long as it’s not mandatory fancy dress.

Apparently Errol Musk says the fall out between his son and Trump is 'Fake'.

I was hoping all this madness, and the shit show at Reform might make a few people's heads wobble,
but a caller to Nicky Campbell this morning (seemed to have a south African accent) claimed everyone in his village still backs Reform.

Incidentally he claimed (without challenge) that Blair gave away all the EU concessions won by Thatcher. I looked this up:
"In December 2005 the UK Prime Minister Tony Blair agreed to give up approximately 20% of the rebate for the period 2007–2013, on condition that the funds did not contribute to CAP payments, were matched by contributions from other countries and were only for the new member states. Spending on the CAP remained fixed, as had previously been agreed. Overall, this reduced the proportion of the budget spent on the CAP."

So another f***ing right win nut job 'from the village' lying to suit his agenda.

Let's hope that slowly the swing voters recognize that all these mad tropes stink to high heaven.
Meanwhile in America.....how much damage will Trump do before the adults are impelled to step in?

It looks like they're going to try and broker a peace deal between Trump and Musk. I wonder if they'll have more success than they did with Ukraine /Russia. This time they may even manage to achieve peace within 24 hours....

BBC news has just said Musks foray into politics has cost him personally $120 billion.
I literally can't quite get my head around the disgusting wealth of such a grotesque individual. Anyone actually

That's like almost the annual budget of the NHS, serving 60 to 70 million people, and just a (reasonably sized) slice of his personal net worth. The mind boggles

I think Ukraine should hold the talks, be great to hear Zelensky ask Musk why he's not wearing a suit and tell Trump he doesnt hold all the cards
