Premier League clubs today unanimously agreed to extend the current £30 cap on away ticket prices.

This will be the 10th season the £30 cap has been in place. Since its introduction in 2016, attendance at away games has increased from 82 per cent to 91 per cent.

The Premier League and clubs recognise the additional costs associated with fans following their team during the season, and the incredible atmospheres they create at matches.

A Fan Engagement Standard was launched in 2023 to reinforce Premier League clubs' commitment to ensuring long-term meaningful engagement with supporters.

The cumulative away attendance for the 380 matches during the 2024/25 Premier League season was 953,420.

It's interesting to see there are stats on the total number of away fans.
Presumably this can be broken down for each team.

There was a ridiculous article that was linked to a thread on here, that claimed Palace had the second largest away following.
The data was completely misrepresented as it was an average of teh total attendance (home and away fans) for each team's away matches.

I was unable to dig out the real data, to support which teams take the most away fans.
Does anyone know where this data can be found?

There will be a number of clubs that sell out every away game (Liverpool, Arsenal, Man Utd, Everton, Spurs, Chelsea to start with) but Palace won’t be one of them!

The away ticket cap would be £41 .30 if it had gone up in line with inflation (£30 in 2015 = £41.30 in 2025). its a really good policy from the PL .

PS: in 2014/15 Brighton's cheapest season ticket was £465 (for 23 Championship games).
If it had gone up by inflation it would now be £640. The cheapest ticket on sale for 2025/26 (for 19 Premier League games) is actually now £610. (in the North Stand).
