I didn't dare dream that we'd still be in the PL, eight seasons on. Not only that, we've proven ourselves to be a massive thorn in the sides of the 'Big Six', we've made Europe once (and narrowly missed out this time), and finished in our second highest position in our history, and only a single point lower than our European 6th spot, with (did you know?) the youngest ever PL manager.
Fabulous end to the season with 4 wins and a draw, to boot.
We've lost some great players over the past few years, yet gained some too - and it will always be the same, imho, but here we are...EIGHTH in the Premier League and still knocking on the door of those above.
Hinsh will be fabulous for us, and I feel confident that we'll be sniffing around the top 6 next season, whomever is sold or bought.
I simply love our club, and in my 55th year of supporting us, that will never, ever change.
Edit: And how effing fabulous was the result today?
