I loathe Real Madrid and would hate to see one of our all time greatest players in their sordid colours,
whilst money (Chelsea, Arsenal and Spurs) tells one story to our potential players, glory (Real/Alexis, Bayern/Kaoru) reaches a different audience.

i can understand why people feel like that about Real Madrid but most footballers, especially South American, would give their right bollock to play there. That’s why I would be pleased for him.

Being Argentinian I would have thought he’d much rather play for Barcelona because of the link with his country’s two most famous players. Add in that Barcelona look they could be on the verge of a new era of dominance (their championship winning team is very young and Lamine Yamal could become the natural successor to Maradona and Messi) maybe Alexis will opt to keep hold of both his bollocks!
