He said the guard of honour was tinpot.
Also said ''Beating a load of filth in the You're Ropey League'

Roma, Galatasaray, Hoffenheim, AZ, Frankfurt....

I really don't give a flying flamingo about whether the players give a guard of honour, and I'm sure if the Albion had one if they had triumphed folk would have been saying what a nice touch it was.

Giving the one time Champions league finalists props for winning the Europa league is a bit tinpot though. For us it would be a huge achievement a bit different.

On a different note but about spurs left work got bus home a couple on the bus in full Tottenham gear shirts scarfs the lot I was baffled why, just seen on sky news it’s the open top bus parade tonight
I don’t think I have seen anyone wearing Spurs shirts in my area before, that includes kids. The local Spurs fans have been dusting off their shirts etc and wearing them since they won the final.

I'm a bit surprised by it. But it doesn't matter. I'd sooner our players give them a magnum of champagne and say they are happy to hold on whilst they celebrate a little more. The interesting thing about the final was that no-one seemed to mentioning the trophy, just the Champions League spot. It's as if they jumped from 16th to 5th in 90 minutes. In a sense they did.

They may have been coming back, having just swapped their Arsenal shirts for them
