Has anyone on here said us finishing 8th is a bigger achievement than them winning the UEL? I must have missed that.

Well yes I'd swap 8th for 17th and a European trophy.
Though I don't have enough points to have got to any European away days so it would have been a rubbish session watching us in the league.
I tried getting up myself but in all honesty it's neither big enough nor bendy enough. Let alone both at once.

“Looking down on our European trophy” goes for pretty much everyone of a non Spurs (or Utd) persuasion who had to sit through that match

Gary Linekar wanks off crisps

Admin please remove if this is libel.
I'm confused . . .does he reinvigorate stale ones? A fluffer for young rigid ones? or merely makes an offering to the empty bag after the last scampi nik-nak?

My money's on none of the above . . .he's far too busy rinsing the BBC and being an enemy of the state woke lefty!

  • Norwich Hospital Charity Cup Winners: 1946/1947, 1949/1950 (joint)
  • Ipswich Hospital Charity Cup Winners: 1951/1952 (joint)
  • Costa Del Sol Tournament Winners: 1965, 1966.

From Spurs website a few of their achievements, I imagine it’s still sore the fact in 1952 they were only joint winners.
What makes me laugh is how much has been achieved, with so little, by some clubs 😉 ( ok no cup in recent centuries for us)

whilst last night typified how little has been achieved by those with so much. . . . an embarrassment of riches if you like.
