Wonder if Trump will have anything to say about Little Rocket Man’s new warship falling over on launch.
He'll blame it on sabotage by the radical Left or the deep-state!

What a surprise - Trump talking shite. Same old, same old. And yet people still swallow it!

BBC News - Fact-checking Trump's Oval Office confrontation with Ramaphosa
I had to adjust the colour settings on my monitor when that photo of him popped up 🤣
Seriously, with the amount of money he has, could he not hire a professional make up artist to do it for him (who could at least get it evenly spread) ??
FFS, hes repulsive 🤮

Great journalism by the BBC there. It is so important to keep exposing the lies coming out of The White House.

We can see for ourselves how easily Trump is to manipulate because he will believe what he wants to believe and do no fact-checking for himself.

Here, thanks to the BBC, we can follow the audit trail of his lies. However, what powers is he granting to those oligarchs who also tell him what he wants to hear, powers that they are using for their own nefarious gains?
Why would Trump care about others lining their pockets when he is doing exactly the same thing. On top of his super deluxe plane he got a contract for a golf course & hotel in Saudi & a deluxe high rise apartment block in Dubai. Trump's main interest in life is lining his own pocket with billions of dollars.

When you put it like that you start to wonder whether the Presidency IS purely a means to an end to Trump, and his campaign was purely statements, lies, dog whistles designed to trigger 51% to vote for him just so he could get in to office to grift and feel powerful.

Everything he does and says certainty makes much more sense if you look at it from that perspective, rather than as a man seeking office to serve the public, even for 10% of the time.

In that sense he is behaving like an African dictator, not a leader of a G7 country as we've ever known it.

This contrasts with Joe Biden, who spent virtually his whole adult life in politics and only managed to amass a fortune of S10million, mainly due to his book sales. Trump spends more than that on his legal bills in just a few months.

Or Hillary Clinton, the wokies, or Hunter Biden's Laptop.

Or Dominion voting machines :lolol:

The Biden Administration is at fault for everything that is wrong with the government.

Could you imagine what the Republicans will say if the next Democratic President starts blaming the Trump administration for EVERYTHING WRONG.

I'm surprised it has take this long for some to even 'start to wonder'!

At the press conference with Ramaphosa Trump repeated, for no obvious reason, a claim that he had done 2 trillion dollars worth of deals with the Qatari government. Qatars estimated total gdp is 216 billion. Deals valuing 9 years worth of their annual gdp? No-one in the room questioned this.
It's a waste of time. If you do question it he'll tell you you're the worst reporter / your network is poor, and failing / you're fake news. Yesterday he called ABC, NBC and CBS all terrible networks. There was a time when they were the only 3 nationwide networks, it's a bit like our Prime Minister call the BBC, ITV and Channel 4 all terrible and fake.

So media outlets will fact-check him on their own websites, and he will get called out that way. It will go the way of Brexit, in that eventually the facts will out and two-thirds of the country will realise he's full of shit while the other one-third will continue to support him because they don't want to admit they were wrong.

He just picks random numbers out of the air, these numbers bear no resemblance to reality. He uses numbers to emphasise the point he is making and not because he wants to be accurate, i.e. Zelenskyy being responsible for "millions of deaths" when total casualties on both sides is just over 1 million, of which about 400,00 or so are deaths, or his deal with Qatar "worth $1.2 trillion" when US government briefing documents show that to be $243.5 million.

It was obvious (and stated by many, repeatedly, including dullards like me) that the plan was get elected, pardon himself, ensure he could never be prosecuted, and then have a bit of fun.

I thought that between golf rounds he might make an attempt at governing, if only for 1 or 2 days a week. This was based on his first term, but it's clear he's retired since then.

Trump 2.0 is a reality show where we tune in daily to see the gaffes, the grifts, the put-downs, the shutdowns and the u-turns, and just STARE at how ORANGE he is.

I think this has been glaringly obvious for a long time. What a shameful excuse of a man he is. Every minute of his pathetic life lived trying to steal/extort/grift his next unnecessary million dollars, preferably from someone less fortunate. Zero morals or human decency. How he and his followers sleep at night is utterly beyond me. If I'd done 0.1% of the things he has done I would be too ashamed to ever set foot in public again.

"Grift" has to be the word of 2025

Nah, he's more interested in the position of president than doing the work. Same as Johnson.

I said this the first time around, too. I'm still often baffled how he made it back to the WH!
