Oldham Athletic v Southend United play off final i believe set for Sunday June 1st. Well documented over the years with both clubs suffering from to put it mildly questionable ownership. Having said that which one of these former league clubs would you like to see return to the 92 ? Personally Southend United.

I would love Southend as I know Charlie Kendall, he was a school friend of my son and I work with his mum. He is a lovely lad from Eastbourne. He scored the extra time winning goal the other day.

Wanted York to get through due to Adam Hinshelwood and the ex Worthing players that went up with him.
Looking at the majority of the play off results quite a lot have been favouring the lower placed teams, Boreham Wood and Maidstone getting through to Southern final.
I think it helps them having a game to keep their players sharp, York hadn't played for quite some time, they beat Oldham 4-0 away in the League so losing 3-0 at home to them was a surprise.
Don't mind who wins the final but Oldham will be on a roll.

Both teams may have had internal disagreements in the past but in this game only one of them will be United.

Think l'm right in saying that Oldham voted for us to be kicked out of the league, during the dark Archer/Belotti days in the late 90's.

So ermmm l don't want them back in the league thank you very much.
