I can only assume that he's enjoying Chicken Run's embarrassment and finding it funny ?

He always struck me as fickle and certainly not the sort you'd want alongside you 'in the trenches'
One could say that Chicken Run is getting schooled on this thread. Although the difference being, at school people learn stuff.

My guess is that without such learning he will not feel any embarrassment or (as you point out) recognise his own part in this.

Good news to report, only 216 unauthorised arrivals by small boat since last Friday and in fact all of those were on the 2 May, let’s hope this downturn continues.

Data kindly provided by

I guess switching the Liverpool game to the Monday has affected numbers?

Well those unauthorised arrival folk must have heard the A27 roadworks were complete and now want to go to the Liverpool game….. anyway

1,183 new arrivals in the last 7 days

Over 12,000 unauthorised arrivals so far this year.

We need them. We need to put them to work mending potholes. Thousands out there shovelling tarmac right left and centre....and then we wouldn't be getting a broken spring and fckd shock absorber like I suffered this week.
Get them out there now. They are mostly fit young men. Minimum national wage level. Six day working week. Fresh air. Contributing to society. Working to fight the war against potholes. We can't allow these holes to ruin our lives. They are everywhere.

Couldn’t put any better myself.

Who would have thought that a hostile foreign power might use our generous asylum policy to locate sleeper agents within our midst (allegedly)

Hopefully under the current government changes have been made and new arrivals have been screened before allowing entry into the UK

They are accused of targeting individual journalists working for Iran International, an independent media organisation based in London.

A a couple of things . if the previous government had done their job then they would have been screened.
Secondly, if they Iranian assets, which appears to the case then they would have state provided back stories, which is another ball game entirely. This type of things has gone for years so they would have got in regardless of our immigration policies.

That was what I was attempting to imply

Correct , I recall reading an article many years ago about an Iraqi who was trained to be an assassin and sent to the UK to be a sleeper agent . However Sadam Hussein was removed from power before could receive his mission order . The chap was interviewed by the Times newspaper and claimed than his instructors in Iraq told him how to enter the UK , what to say on arrival and explained to him that he would be looked after by the government here . He said he had no option to comply because his previous occupation was working in an Iraqi jail recording prisoners being tortured and executed and so was well aware of the consequences of refusal.

And worryingly, how many more have got in to the UK with similar intentions?

Here’s your weekly update on Unauthorised Arrivals by small boat in the last 7 days..

Well it started well with ZERO arrivals in the first four days then on 20 May our brave boys and girls of UK Border Farce welcomed 49 ashore, well i say ashore, the 1 boat carrying these young men to a better life of Delivering Food to the indigenous types was probably closer to France when they intervened!

Then the big day 21 May, the Gendarmerie were obviously wetting themselves at the prospect of watching a feast of the finest Europa League football on their teleboxes later that night as 13 Boats carrying 825 future hardworking UK tax contributors slipped the net.

I’d imagine some some local coach company is doing rather well with a cheeky little Home Office Contract transporting them onwards

Ps There was no data available for the 16 May..,,,
