I think Jeff really grew on me, too. If you look at his life events, good christ the poor fella has had enough go wrong for him - and ok he might be a bit counsellor-speak for wanting to get a life lesson for his son out of every little interaction, he does seem like a good egg really. His son is fearsomely thick, but also seems like a nice lad. I'd not want them on my pub quiz team, but would have a pint with them

My opinion on the 4 pairs

I wanted the Braziers to win. I liked them and it's clear that the son has a lot of bottled up feelings. Also never underestimate how sons and fathers need some bonding time.

Scott Mills and his hubby - I liked them too. Very different risk levels but clearly good for each other

Kolo and his cousin- another likeable pair. Her particularly as she seems to bring him back to earth

Kelly and Jeremy - he has the patience of a saint for some reason 😀 but she didn't hide her feelings which at least means he won't get the 'I'm fine' response when he asks her what's wrong - KNOWING that something IS wrong

Anyone else watching this series? Some stunning sights.

The old boys are growing on me, starting to root for them to win.

And apparently - though you would never have realised it from watching the show - the young Welsh teenage Welsh couple from Wales are, in fact, from Wales. And Wales is different to these other countries, because it’s not like this in Wales, and in Wales it’s different because they come from a small village in Wales, which is in Wales, which is where Welsh people from Wales come from, like these two who are from Wales, and China isn’t like Wales… :shootself

Yes. I have been enjoying this series. I actually don't mind the young Welsh couple, although I had to laugh at his shock to be sharing a room with strangers in a hostel. That's a rite of passage for an 18 year-old and I hadn't realised they'd just stayed in hotels up until then.

India looks like it's going to be a real challenge for all of them. The sheer volume of people and trying to navigate their public transport systems and lack of any real driving laws (or at least a lack of adherence to them).

It's another series where I would be happy for any of the teams to win. It's so refreshing to watch a reality show that doesn't try and paint people negatively. There have been a few I haven't liked in the past (that awful, moaning wife from a couple of years ago) but it never seems to be because of clever editing.

And India, it seems, DEFINITELY isn't like Wales, where Welsh people from Wales live

I do quite like them though. Nice couple - far more mature than I was at that age, though!

I like the fact they bicker in an authentic manner. They aren't hiding stuff.
