It’s the end of the season so, from the clubs point of view, it’s probably the ideal time for it to have happened. I may be wrong but I think that they can’t now have a gambling company on the front, it’s only clubs with longer term deals that can do so? Therefore they are unlikely to receive as much sponsorship as they would have.

They would all have been rolling out new shirts for next season anyway.

....For Plucky, Fulham, Geordies, Wolves and Burnley.

Still at least it means they'll all be able to roll out a new shirt next season.
Given that Bournemouth have been running around with BJ 88 or similar on their shirts this season, I’m sure they’ll be delighted.

Gambling sponsor ban comes in 26/27 season. So we've got another season of it yet.

Stake that sponsor Everton are the online casino used by so called fake slot streamers. People who used to stream themselves playing £1 or £2 spins on a slot machine are now supposedly spinning thousands per spin and winning millions. They "prove" they are legit by showing their block chain stuff. However, a couple slipped up and showed enough info for someone clever to trace all of the transactions and it seems like every time they made a "deposit", there was a transfer for one wallet to theirs. And when they withdrew, the money went back to the same wallet. This was the same wallet used by other streamers. The likelihood is that they are giving these streamers their money to play with and get a small percentage of the winnings - which all go back to the casino. Of course with bitcoin, this can't be proved but the evidence looks quite damning.

Leicester are another one sponsored by a Bitcoin casino. Whilst they may be legit, they offer a workaround of the UK gaming rules using just a VPN. There are a lot of potentially shady companies behind shirt sponsors.
