They're being opposed across the country by younger opponents and it's about time. There are too many lifetime Senators and Representatives squatting in seats - get out of the way and build a coalition to defeat the Repulicans!

Really? 4 of the 5 youngest members of the congress are democrats, the youngest being 26 and then other three being 33.

Average age of republicans in the house is 56 and 58 for the democrats. In the senate the two age groups are 62 and 65 respectively. There is little to choose between the two parties but you suggest the problem is the age of democrats?

Yes I do, all the time prats like Chuck Shumer is the Leader in the Senate. At least Pelosi is no longer front and centre in the House, but both of those characters have clung to power forever and have done serious damage. More damage than Joe Biden did, in my opinion.

The future of the Democratic party looks positive to me, but there are still some absolute dinosaurs clinging on long after their use by dates.

Incredible really. Bruce is a superb performer, one of my favourite people in the entertainment world and a good man. Trump should look at him and see just how far he falls short.
