He’s very busy, and doing a great job with the RMA (Russell Martin Academy), in fact he’s probably in a Catch 22 situation, when Russell gets another job, sooner rather than later, does he get Charlie in to work with the U23s at the respective club or keep him doing his excellent work down in Southwick?

I agree. But I also favour redemption. He seems like he's wanted to learn and grow.
Whether he has done so is not for me to judge.
