I didn't buy tickets to the Spurs game expecting it to be shown live at The Terrace. Oooops. Feel free to take the mickey.
How was the Wolves game at The Terrace? Did it sell out or were there not that many in attendance?
Looking at the fixtures, my guess for TV will be-
Forest v Chelsea
Liverpool v Palace
Man Utd v Villa
Fulham v Man City
Depending on results, Wolves v Brentford could see them in Europe, but I doubt it'll be on TV.

I wouldn't be surprised if they're waiting to see if the game is a dead rubber or not.

Demand would be very low if there is nothing to play for, whereas if Europe is stil a possibility, it will be a good seller.

That's just my guess, though - no inside info.

Surely this has to be the correct answer?

It's an interesting new dynamic this. Must admit I discussed (in my mind) whether to go to Spurs or not and the option of watching at the Terrace came into this. in the end I concluded that if I didn't go to Spurs it would be because I wanted to be at home and therefore going to the terrace, and likely having to get there early to get a seat meant I was still out for 12-7 anyway so may as well go to the game! But the fact this is being discussed shows that this may impact away attendance for some people in future?

I always assumed that given the 3pm blackout law is to stop attendances suffering, we would only ever be allowed to show matches that were already a sell out.

While I suspect @Bozza is correct about seeing if it's a dead rubber or not, I do also wonder if we can staff it. Liverpool is the last home game and therefore the last time the Amex bars are open and there was a thread on here that we're struggling to staff the concourses now. I wonder if the contracts of Sodexo or any workers covers past the last home game of the season? Anyway, I'm sure we'll find out soon enough.

I know you posted that you can't stand for long or do the walk from the coach so I totally get why you're not going, but, in general, not doing a) Spurs and b) the last game of the season seems a bit of a boo-boo to me anyway. Last chance to see mates at a game and have a few drinks / get silly. Great ground with fantastic sightlines and good atmosphere. Incredible jerk chicken. A good chance that someone will want to test their bottom filling beer glass and lose the lot out of the end. And some absolute MENTALISTS to enjoy around the Seven Sisters area. Even if the Terrace opens you won't get much of that.

I think so far, they have only put on sale tickets for the Terrace once the away allocation has sold out yes, but I wonder if some in the top couple of tiers are being slightly more selective and as a result others are getting a chance that might not otherwise have done. I'm basing this entirely off the last few away games where it maybe sold 10% slower than expected. Too small a sample to say with any confidence and there are clearly other factors at play here.

Went to the Wolves game at the Terrace. My first time using it properly - (have bought a drink outside at a game)

I thought it was great and really well done and a really good atmosphere. I've not seen any other games there though so nothing to compare against, but i suspect it was a good experience for me because it was not overly busy. Plenty of people there but I waltzed in at 2.30 and got a seat. No Queues at the bar etc.

Make me jealous, why don't you. Ticket site on constant refresh now for away tickets.
