Not sure he excels in any particular area based on the games he's played so far for us. Hes just ok in all aspects but not outstanding or even great in any
Somehow BBC gave him MOTM?

At the game live, I thought he was a bit pony tbh. Didn't really do anything, was glad when he was subbed off.

Hopefully he'll come good next season, right now Celtic have had our pants down.

watching on the box I thought he did ok....just ok and is growing into the role , whatever that is . The player that leaves me cold is Ayari ,I know he's young but FMD he's frustrating to watch , how JPVH doesn't walk man of the match is beyond me.....we nicked that one I thought.

Looked lightweight to me, and needs better finishing. I was desperate for Gruda to come on and he’s improved through the season and looks physically stronger. Weiffer or Webster were MOTM for me. O‘Riley will be better for the season gone but needs a big improvement in pre season to command a place in the squad next season given our depth in midfield.

Basically, lacks confidence at this level in the penalty area.
A couple of goals will help him.
I agree he had a great chance in the first half after a missed pass out by their keeper fell to O'Riley who had the opportunity although a long way out it was an empty goal but instead passed to Minteh who got the ball stuck under his feet, hopefully next season he gets off to a better start and a few goals he can show us just how good I think he actually is

The ball never seems to quite fall for him.

I really like MOR.. yesterday wasn’t as effective as previous games and for sure lacking a little confidence making him slightly hesitant at times but he’s picking up great positions , making great runs into the box.
At the game yesterday too, and initially seemed like he could have shot from halfway, but I think the replay shows the ball on his wrong foot, getting closed down, with Minteh in lots of space ..
I get frustrated with “he’s too lightweight” comments , get thrown at so many players. He’s a completely different player to Rutter , so don’t get the comparisons. Like Gruda , MOR will get better and better and has great quality that will shine through with growing confidence .

Did twice yesterday, poor execution/decision making/confidence - call it what you will, but they were two good chances.
It seems to happen in most games, so I don’t think it’s just bad luck. I am wondering if he struggles to get his body and feet in the right position to receive balls?

He seemed to score a fair few from outside the box for Celtic. Obviously won’t get the same time and space in the PL but would like to see him showcase this ability a little more.

Think there’s definitely a talented player there he just needs to get to grips with the speed of thought/action required at this level. His profile - tall, left-footed & technical CM gives us something a bit different so I’m really hoping he comes good.

I’m saying it very quietly, possibly not quite up to it at this level?
Celtic are so dominant he got easier chances and had more time, you just don’t get that in the PL.

It’s also difficult to know where he will play if we have a fully fit squad. The number 10 role has Rutter and now Gruda ahead of him, in my opinion.
