Was there a bit in there about being allowed to use traditional football expletives,
such as p**f and ni**er?
And recapitulate the age old tradition of pissing down the back of the leg of the bloke standing in front of you?
(They used to do that on the Kop, albeit we have always been to small a club for that sort of thing).

Anyway, unless the petition guarantees that we get fair referee bias against the big sides,
while not being dictated to by smaller clubs,
I'm OUT!
No they didn't - that would be asking for trouble. They pissed on the row in front of the man in front of you, in the hope that the crowd was so tightly packed in he couldn't get back to lamp you. You always had to beware of a rolled up footy pink poking through the row behind you (always pink; the pink paper was more water resistant than the white).

Afterall Baseball has caps

Baseball has salary penalty fees but no salary caps. There are some teams that aren't in MLB to win. Pittsburgh Pirates, Chicago White Sox (although the fans are hoping the Pope intervenes for God), Athletics (no longer playing in Oakland, currently in West Sacramento until the stadium gets built in Vegas in 2 years), Colorado Rockies (even if they were good they couldn't compete against the Dodgers, Padres, D-backs & Giants, why try?) Miami Marlins, Washington Nationals (currently)

Okay, I'll agree it's my bad. But you can see how talking about football salary caps can lead to me thinking it was about MLB salary caps. Not actual baseball caps.

Over the years football in England has been dying Slowly. I think it's time to actually try and change it and bring back the Premier league to the English fans. As the prices for tickets have increased so much and is getting out of hand which is making less and less true football fans attend the games. It is not a working man's game anymore where most people can afford to go weekly anymore. That's why there should be a cap on football tickets before they go way out of hand. Since the passion from England fans has slowly started to fade away I think safely controlled pyros will bring back the well know electric atmosphere that the English fans used to have.
What about working women? (And not in the biblical sense).
