I've, mentioned this before, but Palace's best 11 contains 10 players between 24-29 years of age.
Their fitness record, whilst fortunate, also has a lot to do with predominantly focussing on players in their physical prime.

But possibly also that they're willing, like Forest, to let opponents have the ball. They're not a high pressing side but tend to hit on the counter attack, so perhaps they're doing less running around and are therefore less susceptible to fatigue? Forest's injury record this season has been crazily good- talk about all your stars aligning.
