Any theories on Mitoma?
Inventing some siblings he needs to feed and the only way to do that is to triple his wages at Arsenal this summer?

Liverpool at home will be very tough wolves are in great form the best in the league and Spurs
Will playing for the starting line up in europa final I hate to say it but I think we will finish 10th or 11th which will still be on of our best league finishes in our history
Slot has just said before their game against Chelsea he’s got squad players he wants to get to 5 appearances for a medal, and players to be given some game time before next season.

It will of course be tough anyway, but perhaps not quite as tough as it might have been.

I struggle to see what Matt O'Riley does, other than run around a bit.

TBH would be really want Conference League football? 7000 mile midweek trip to Kazakstan isn't ideal.

I would rather we miss out and try again for Europa league.
Probably an easier route to qualify for the Europa League than qualifying via PL placing. The way the Europa League and Conference League have been watered down this season due to the ever expanding Champions League, we'd be up against pub teams fecking miles away.

If the Europa League does indeed end up with a Manure v Spuds final, UEFA get the prestige names, but sadly two very mediocre sides competing imho....

When I saw the line up, I wasn't expecting a point.

Could have been better, but nice to see a decent defensive performance for a change.

Europe is all about next weekend's fixtures.
If we win, we'll be in a strong position.
If not, we may well be out of contention.

Much more confident about our ability to win games now, than I was a week ago.

Well, 7th. place has gone now, no matter what anybody says - 8 points adrift with 9 points to play for; it just ain't going to happen!
Can we drag ourselves up to 8th, and if we do will it be enough to get us a place in the Conference? Technically possible, but I'd give that happening less than a 10% chance.
Every time people say that the players that weren't there would have made a difference.
TBF, quite often they have a point!

Is it my Albion bias to think Pawson let Newcastle get away with so many challenges that he gave free kicks against us for for very similar challenges?
I only watched till half time, but came to the conclusion that the Pawson would cost us the win. Seems I should be a clairvoyant.

As it stands could well be Leipzig , Porto and Roma in next years conference. It ain't that easy.

We were in the car for over an hour and still not off the A27 with about 15 mins til kickoff. So we made the decision to turn around and head home and watch on tv...If we'd kept going and got there, well past kick off, it would have been about an hour and a half maybe more for 12 miles of travel...Let alone heading into it on the way home...

Someone with brains needed to work out that for the long weekend when rail replacement buses were on, that they could have pushed back to the cones to allow two lanes to flow at least on the east bound, using the hard shoulder or whatever...Just stark raving bonkers, pathetic non thinking road management. The entire area was gridlocked, up the A24 across the A27 and into Brighton...Those traffic works are the complete and utter pinnacle of health and safety gone mad for a bank holiday weekend with rail works on....

Sadly even without those roadworks, getting to the Amex and back is really souring the whole experience lately...The game experience and the stadium are great, the travel is sadly probably going to be my tipping point next season.

Then to watch a poorly officiated match and a pretty poor second half....ho hum....

It felt like quite an unpleasant, nervy game from start to finish. Disappointing to throw away 3 points after working so hard.

Great from Minteh all game. One of the best games I've seen from him.

A disaster class sub appearance from Ayari - although he's got a lot of credit in the bank.

O'Riley continues to do nothing but trot about. I've never seen a number 10 so incapable of using and scared of even having the ball.
