Had a message saying my ticket had been updated . Checked in wallet -season ticket gone. Not in expired .
All paid up . Anyone else had this problem ?

I got an "Error: you cannot download this mobile ticket" message on my phone. I phoned the club and was disconnected due to volume of calls. I used the help - send email facility on the web page and received a note saying they would reply in 5 working days. Any suggestions? I have switch it...

My ST hasn’t updated from West Ham and when I go into my account I can’t download - I get an error message. Any suggestions?

It doesn’t need to update, should still work on the gates. If on iPhone get the season ticket up, hit to menu in top right and go into pass details. Turn off automatic updates. Then come out of the menu. Power you phone off (completely turn it off) then turn on and go back to that menu and turn Automatic updates on again.

I agree it doesn't need to update. At the West Ham game, my son's ticket wouldn't let him in as it somehow registered that he was already in attendance. The steward, a very experienced one at that, said 'It has to say the correct match otherwise it won't work'.
