Curious that both the Italian dipstick and the English dipstick before him had pretty much the same issue.
I'd guess the only reason the dipstick before them didn't have the same problem is that we were in the bottom four ourselves.

Cunning way of sidestepping the "can't beat teams beneath us" problem. :lolol:

That Bournemouth GD of +13 is going to be very difficult to overhaul.

It's better than Forest's who are in 6th.

I've just seen Enciso's goal again on 'Game of the day'. Incredible. And he can't get in our team and gets loaned out.

Obviously the stats dictate his status as a loan player.

I'm not complaining about an injustice here. I'm complaining about his attitude.

All he has to do is follow orders. How hard is that?

VAR continues to be shite. I want to see it again but looks to me that they've decided that the one angle that does show it hitting his elbow is just a bit too grainy to over rule the decision.
Player who was sent off in the previous game, scores the winner with his arm.

Plucky have been anointed as this year's allowable underdog.
Bizarre decisions going their way this week.

It's in our hands (sort of). We need to win our games and hope Palace don't win the FA Cup. The next two games are trickier than the final two IMO.

I am also kinda at peace with the fact that if we don't quite make it, then fair enough. I just want the team to perform well to close the season with. We can then go again next year, with hopefully a fitter squad and a couple more additions in key areas that we lack. We are not far off a top 6 team. Plenty will depend on who we sell as well of course.

We are most definitely a top six side I’m just going to get labelled anti Hurzeler again but his absolute basics of the game appear to be lacking especially in latter stages of games. Wolves at home carnage of an injury time all avoidable.

He just isn't that player.

The best option, for him, is always to try and score a screamer.
Beautiful when they go in of course, but 2 goals from 46 shots, tells a very particular story.

Our other options ( for 3rd choice number 10) Buanonotte and O'Riley, both offer a lot more to the team.

He's a great option to come on for 30 minutes, but unless he can adapt, he will never be a starter for a top half Prem club, IMO.
I doubt he will settle for what we can offer him.

He definitely looked like a starter under RDZ infact he was often a starter until the injury.
So have to disagree.

I tend to agree with you. Our home form against the bottom 3, the worst sides the Prem has seen since Derby, is what has done us.

It certainly is on and will be far more so if we don't win tomorrow, but that still leaves 9 points to play for. It really could come down to the last match of the season.
Exciting, isn't it? :)
I'm not feeling excited young man, if we win today I will be a little excited, as I think our run in is doable, but today's points are very important. Let's hope young Fabian screws his head on right today.

Was that really his fault though? Easy to blame the manager. The fact that Wieffer somehow managed to find the one Wolves player instead of any of the three Brighton players with a simple pass can't really be blamed on Fab. Maybe you could say why did we have so many players bombing forward when we should have been protecting our one-goal lead was his fault - but players often do things instinctively. There have been other games where he has been at fault however. The way he set us up for the away game at Chelsea was naive in the extreme. Forest away also.
