Yeah, many of you will drink more than me.

Yeah, many of you will get drunker than me.

But none of you are getting drunk as fast as me!

Winner! :rave:

A 2015 Claret, nothing particularly special but it was a good year so it’s very drinkable.

Got a horrendous cold, so been scoffing paracetemol for the last 36 hours but have taken a break to try a Sainsbury's Pay The Difference Macon Villages and a Chenas which, even with my current sinuses, has a concentrated berry Gamay smell and flavour.

Started off with a nice Lemmy. Going to pick out a chewy red to go with BBQ’d homemade burgers, probably something from Barossa or maybe Yarra Valley.

Just far enough away from LDC
I've been in a workshop all day at a vendor near st pancras. Then a quick trip to wetherspoons (don't judge me) for a naked lady, 13 steps and a citrus pale ale. Now on a train back to the sunny south coast

Mrs Wz is out at the Boat and I've walked the dog, had a couple of Hobgoblin Ruby beers with a Fanta Lemon top and have just opened a bottle of Trivento Malbec Reserve 😲

You can take the boy out of Mile Oak ....

Can't be arsed to pretend to work any more.
Beer on the go and hitting the B52s playlist.

Bands come and go, but the Bs never fail to brighten my mood.

Thank you @Uh_huh_him . I've never gone back to the beginning of this thread but so glad I have now, because over the last few months I've rediscovered my love for the B52s, much to the annoyance of MissBC. On holiday the other week I subjected her and MrsBC to their greatest hits. MissBC couldn't understand why Planet Claire was such a brilliant record even though the singstarts about 60% into it.

Anyway, tonight it's been Hophead x2, Long Man x1 and about to open a bottle of vinho verde.

2025 is the first time I’ve drank mahou and I have to say I like it
I'm normally an ale drinker but find it very drinkable, especially when it's hot (as in weather!!)

Ended up on a rather cracking Barossa Shiraz from St Hallett which Tesco are selling at the moment, it’s pretty much brilliant for the price.
