This is where it seems, Fab and/or whoever makes these decisions, get it wrong?Same with Barco. Took one look at him and shipped him out. Ridiculous decision

Good grief another season of the office buzz word goon.My gut, and dry sheets. Fancy a bet?
Yes and just where are West Ham, Ipswich and Leicester in the League? Yes at the bottom. If Enciso was so much talent he wouldn't have ended up at Ipswich on loan where he has hardly transformed their season.Sorry, I know everything is a bit shit at the moment but can we stop always thinking "the other" player is the answer. Enciso had been poor for 18 months and never looked decent when we needed him to this season or when fit last season, likewise Ferguson and frankly I was never that impressed with Buonanotte. It's so easy to think if we only had x or y available we'd be better. I think the truth is that if we had 50% less injuries none of them would be starters and possibly not even on the bench.
Hold your horses here, consistently posters are saying Fab is a young manager he needs time yet you are binning of a top class talent because he didn’t perform like Messi in a couple of games? The irony.Sorry, I know everything is a bit shit at the moment but can we stop always thinking "the other" player is the answer. I’ll take that as a no to the bet.Good grief another season of the office buzz word goon.
Why we shipped our squad depth out this season was a strange decision. Did they expect no injuries this season?Yes and just where are West Ham, Ipswich and Leicester in the League? Yes at the bottom. If Enciso was so much talent he wouldn't have ended up at Ipswich on loan where he has hardly transformed their season.
No need to perform like Messi, how about score one (1) or assist one (1) goal against PL opposition for us?Hold your horses here, consistently posters are saying Fab is a young manager he needs time yet you are binning of a top class talent because he didn’t perform like Messi in a couple of games? I only bet on one instrument and it’s nothing sport related.I’ll take that as a no to the bet.
Fab choice was sadly GrudaWhy we shipped our squad depth out this season was a strange decision. Did they expect no injuries this season?
I'm not binning off anyone but if anyone thinks the answer to all our problems would have been to keep the above 3 players then I think they are mistaken. Had we known that Veltman, Mitoma, Rutter, Lampety, Kadioglu, Webster, Igor, Steele (and I'm sure I missed some) would all be unavailable yesterday and that March, Wieffer, Dunk, O'Riley amongst others have been in and out of fitness all season and can barely play 90 mins then sure Enciso, Fergie and Buonanotte would have been nice to have on the bench yesterday but I doubt them coming on would have made the slightest difference.Hold your horses here, consistently posters are saying Fab is a young manager he needs time yet you are binning of a top class talent because he didn’t perform like Messi in a couple of games? Not convinced.Enciso never given the run of games Minteh has had, i thought whenever he played Enciso was adding something different. Trying to create, yes he's desperate to score everytime he plays but i love that about him. I really hope he's back next season (alongside Facundo) but i worry we'll never see him play for us again.![]()
Bloom has got history of doing this back to Hughton’s spell hereWhy we shipped our squad depth out this season was a strange decision. Did they expect no injuries this season?
I guess they feel Enciso might benefit from game time which he won’t get with us. He has not grabbed his Albion opportunities with both hands, and developed as hoped. Maybe he’s a slow learner/developer? If so he can do this elsewhere. Maybe he’s just not good enough? Again, better we find this out at someone else’s expense. Why we shipped our squad depth out this season was a strange decision. Did they expect no injuries this season?
Funny really isn't it. The irony that apart from Baleba Rutter JPVH and Webby the inconsistencies have been with the rest of them all seasonI think it was the inconsistency of Encisco‘s performances and that a loan spell would help speed up his development as he seemed to have stalled over the last year although his injury from the Olympics obviously didn‘t help matters. Would love to see him back next year though, assuming he wants to stay with us
If there is one thing that has been consistent with this season’s performances, it’s the inconsistencies!Funny really isn't it. The irony that apart from Baleba Rutter JPVH and Webby the inconsistencies have been with the rest of them all season![]()
Let’s be honest, even those players have been inconsistent at times, probably with the exception of Baleba.Funny really isn't it. The irony that apart from Baleba Rutter JPVH and Webby the inconsistencies have been with the rest of them all season![]()
The same people who moaned about Enciso shooting too much are undoubtedly the same people who moan that we don't shoot enough.Enciso never given the run of games Minteh has had, i thought whenever he played Enciso was adding something different.
