Dickson is just so so bad. Our openers have been a shambles for years and I am going to lose my head about them. Hopefully smeed can give it a go because this is just pointless. Ffs.

Goldsworthy must also be worth a shot at opening. Sussex have dominated this game and fully deserved to thrash us. After three days of our first match I was convinced we were going to win the title but failing to bowl our Worcs and now this has me fearing the drop.

Not sure why Vaughan is so high either. He would be better off out of the spotlight at eight, developing his game

Because we want him in the side and Abell and lammers are both failed openers. Banton could try but will fail. Davey is pretty pointless so might as well pick another batsman over him. I suspect we might see Vaughan given a run at the top and Dickson replaced.

Great result for Sussex though!

You will get a decent partnership at some point, but we shouldn’t lose from here.

We haven't won yet so we'll have none of this kind of talk thank you
