Tea is, as far as I'm concerned, the greatest drink on the planet and couldn't imagine life without it - but what is with the recent fascination with coffee? Everybloodywhere you've got coffee shops, and they look at like weirdo if you ask for a pot of tea. I blame Friends, but has the cult of coffee spread through NSC as well?

I may have to be forced to start up a tea clique.

To be fair, you get an odd look if you ask for a cup of coffee. You need to order is some sort of code that I was never taught.

I like both but I do prefer a decent loose leaf tea rather than teabags, the taste is so different. Coffee prefab ground and not too strong more Italian than Colombian !

Drink both indiscriminately - and copiously. Milk and two sugars in both, thank you very much! Don't like Earl Grey much, and I can't abide those trendy fruit teas - just like drinking hot squash - yuk!

Ah. I see what’s happened here.

You’ve gone into a coffee shop. You need a tea shop. Plenty around.

Tea is number one. Although if I can’t get it brewed in a pot. I’ll have a coffee.

someone introduced me to coffee mate and that has improved my homemade coffee. Although it will never take over from tea.

First thing in morning, it's coffee to kick-start the brain, but just one a day......

Then its tea, multiple times a day.

To choose one, it has to be tea.

Coffee Mate is a blast from the past! 😮

I've never drank tea, I stopped drinking coffee around 5 years ago.
My body is a temple & I only drink water, fruit juice or other cold beverages that may contain hops & barley.
I don't like any drinks that contain sweeteners (I don't mind sugar).
It would be coffee for me if I drank either.

Coffee in the morning.

Tea in the afternoon.

Coffee first thing to wake me up but then tea all day.
Agree, it's a timing thing - both have their place during the day/evening

For me, cuppa-T first thing to wake up to.
Coffee mid-morning
Tea mid afternoon
Coffee after supper (early evening)

All white, no sugar - caffeine seems to have little affect on me, so prefer with.
