Get shot he is out of his depth
Ayari, Webster, Rutter wasn't great when he first came in, Baleba was shit last season, Welbeck with his highest total with us.not disagreeing with some of your points (and I’m not Fab out) but what players have improved under the manager?
Love dunk he’s a legend. But he is toilet now. He’s shot to bits and if he’s anything other than our 4th choice CB next season I’ll be worriedIs it just coincidence that we’ve been losers when Dunk plays? I think yes, but he shows that our squad is not as strong as we think it is.
Only Ayari inarguably stacks up.Ayari, Webster, Rutter wasn't great when he first came in, Baleba was shit last season, Welbeck with his highest total with us.
With all the injuries we have had this season, I think he's done a brilliant job. Only one defender today who I would consider a good defender. Minteh has also come from being fast as his only attribute, to being a rather good defensive and attacking option. Also, the motivation thing? That seems to be Dunk thing. We had motivation against Forest in the FA cup, none against Villa and today.Only Ayari inarguably stacks up.
Pretty much the whole squad has stagnated or gone backwards, despite major investment in the summer.
They didn’t look super motivated today, or know what to do Against diminished opposition.
Generally , more often than not it’s difficult to work out what we are trying to do, what our style is.
All of this reflects badly on the manager.
Maybe he will get better, but can it really be claimed he’s doing well?
I was very Fab out pre and post Forest but I thought that run of good results was miraculous and full of bottle. I’m actually not sure he can be blamed for players seemingly not trying to win our derby match when the opposition have 9 players, nor is it his fault we signed Cashin rather than at least one serious defender in January. Much like it wasn’t really RDZs fault he got no signings last January. That’s on the recruitment team. And that’s the process we are all really being asked to trust (and has been proven to work in terms of profitability). So it is what it is.
When can we discuss a manager who has lost both derby games for first time in c100 years (and down to 9 men!!!) and oversaw our worst defeat at top level (and one of worst in clubs history)?I was wondering how long it would take for this thread to pop up it's ugly head again
Completely irrelevant if we do grab a European place. Amazing competing in the top half of the PL is now not good enough. Apparently. When can we discuss a manager who has lost both derby games for first time in c100 years (and down to 9 men!!!) and oversaw our worst defeat at top level (and one of worst in clubs history)?
That’s rather obvious. However disappointment is ever proportional to the here and now. And we’ve just lost to our rivals down to 9 men, in both derbies, for first time in 100 years, with record expenditure and sat higher in the table (at least for now). Oh, and the season realistically is over too after the three defeats this week. But still, I’m up for a party if everyone else is!Completely irrelevant if we do grab a European place. Ayari, Van Hecke, Webster, Igor, Baleba, Welbeck off the top of my head.not disagreeing with some of your points (and I’m not Fab out) but what players have improved under the manager?
He has the same points per game ratio as RDZ had in his first season. RDZ was out of his depth ?Get shot he is out of his depth
