Well, we've been pretty poor all season, bar the recent purple patch, and have been hamstrung by injuries at various points. I don't think our play over the course of the season is worthy of a European place tbh, still a lot of work to do and it might even be for the best that we don't have the added demands of European football.

For at least 2 seasons we have needed defenders with pace but signed loads of midfielders.
