Lots and lots of fans were wanting McKenna at the point that they were cranking up the volume on the Fab OUT -- and other related -- thread(s)
Not for me I couldn’t see why Bloom wanted him so badly.
I suppose with better players his tactics may work we won’t know unless he takes the reigns at higher profile club in the PL.

I suggest his Man Utd dream is now in tatters. If he’d come here it may have turned out differently. f*** him though

Feels like we could well be about to have a wobble. Just bringing this to the top of the board to help the reactionary cry babies so it's ready for when we lose on Wednesday.
Thanks for reminding me. I need to unwatch this thread before the next loss brings on the binfests.

The habitual 'to and fro' between the precipitous 'Fab out' cry and the equally precipitous 'shameful fair weather supporters' response is as predictable as it is dull.

For goodness' sake, please resist the temptation to comment while feelings are still raw. Take time and reflect before posting.....
We’d only have about 16 posts on here if everyone followed that mantra.

So we can praise away if we win yet not moan or disagree with teams selections, tactics etc if we lose?
You gotta love some good old fashioned censorship.
Moan, disagree with selections and tactics etc yes, of course.

Have a hissy fit and demand the youngest Premier League Manager in history be sacked because he's made a few mistakes but still has us in the top ten? No, that is embarrassing and pathetic from a fully grown adult human. At least once the dust has settled after a big defeat anyway, I understand it a bit more in the heat of the moment. Although I still think it's weird.

If I was a mod I would be sorely tempted to censor that post for lols.

Reason #156 why I will never be a mod...

If we lost all our remaining 9 fixtures and ended up 15th, I wouldn't be calling for his head. I was fence after the 7-0 but Fab has shown he can get a reaction. Yes, wouldn't be happy if we lost all 9 (and we won't)but with the injuries piling up again we're gonna struggle to keep up with the top teams. My gut tells me we'll do well not to lose the next 2 as both are in top form now. But, think we'll win a few out of last 7 to finish top half. My predictor table had us finish 6th I believe and that included draws against villa and Palace.

Villas form looks good but when you drill down it’s padded out by beating two Championship clubs in the FA Cup. Their PL form a very up and down, wins against Chelsea and Brentford and a draw against Liverpool, but they’ve also drawn against Ipswich, lost to Wolves and been thrashed by them up the road (who are in very good form, sadly).

Hold the phone, I didn't realise he was the youngest Premier League manager in history...I'm surprised this hasn't been made more public.

Those you spent £200 going to Nottingham early doors were understandably pissed off. Obviously we don’t know what will happen in a football match once we’ve purchased a ticket and that’s half the fun and why we keep going.
I don’t think the Fab outs really went with full force unlike with Hypia who was a car crash from game one.

God this thread needs to die. The title just forces any discussion to be devisive and reactionary.

Can't believe it's been reopened again. We really need to let this embarrassing fiasco of a thread wither and disappear from our memories 🙏

I was fully Fab out after we lost 7-0. I wanted him to prove me utterly wrong, and he has. He's clearly on the way to being a top coach, he's managing horrendous injury numbers, and I for one will be Fab in even if we implode from here on in. The future is clearly very exciting.
Agreed

Big job getting the team back on track for the push for Europe after Saturday and the injuries.

Wouldn't hold him accountable if our season went out with a whimper, circumstances have really gone against us.

You genuinely don't think it will reappear when we dare to lose a couple of games in a row?
