I got there in the end. Just ignore the 'error' message about needing to use a work email ... so click to proceed. And enter 2025 in the QR code box ... job done.

word of warning - registering to use the ordering system on the app is NOT as straightforward as the club say!

First when you try to register it will warn you that you are using a private email not a company one, there is an option to use private email but you have to look for it!
Then it will say your password isnt good enough-i used 9 characters, including letters and numbers but that wasnt good enough and I had to add some more to that
Then it will ask fort the one time verification code that will be sent via email-but the email isn't from the club and goes to your junk folders. The email is from everyday@dynamify.com and is valid for 5 mins only

none of which is a major issue sat at home with plenty of time, but I would imagine at the stadium, with lots of people, dodgy internet connections will certainly cause some frustrations

If your planning to use the Terrace tomorrow I would advise setting the app up before you go

Worked it out. Lot of hassle for an app I will probably never use. But curiosity got the better of me. Now wondering if they will bring this in for the concourse kiosks eventually.

Every password I am trying is rejected including ones I have for banking apps, definitely don’t register in the queue tomorrow.

God knows how some older people will get on. Many such as my late father could barely use his mobile to make a call - let alone use an app!

I'm just trying to register for the Terrace part of the app. I've entered email, password and personal details. Hit register and got a message saying my email address looks like a personal email ... and 'you can only access your workplace canteen using your work email address'. WHAT??
Ah. Yes. We meant to tell you about that.

Owing to catering staff shortages, the Club have asked if any supporters could do a shift or two in the kitchens on Saturday.

You weren’t online at the time so the rest of us volunteered you. Good luck!

The dull part of the south coast
These are the instructions from the email ... it's almost like an app within an app ... which is a bit weird.

"At the top of the app, next to the BHAFC crest, you'll see an arrow pointing down, click this and it will allow you to select the American Express Stadium venue mode.

Once in venue mode, you'll need to login or register to The Terrace ordering and then check in using the code 2025 (you can do this ahead of time).

Once done, you can select the bar or kitchen and add your items to the cart! Proceed to checkout, add in your details and pay (Google Pay or Apple Pay accepted)".
Will they accept Luncheon Vouchers?

P.S. That’s one for the oldies! Green Shield stamps anyone?

Its a real shame the thought into The Terrace wasnt more family orientated but towards the younger person that presumably drinks more spends more . Yes I know no one is excluded per se but Mum Dad and a couple of young kids all stood eating food and drinking. I have not been there yet but a mate did with press and the aforementioned was the feedback. I wasn't expecting a stadium to be built outside the stadium but looking at it from the outside it always looked very small. Now I know why it. Sardines in a terrace. Only that's not the food on offer. Maybe when the partitioning is taken down it'll appear and of course look bigger and better. I hope Im proved completely wrong with egg on my face but nah a full English wont be on the menu. Snack before match, eat in the City later.
