Tried registering on the app for the terrace stuff but it says the verification number in the email I got today is invalid!
Sorted now!
I'm now registered - but it seems to be encouraging you to download the 'Everday' appI've registered with a Hotmail account - just click through. The verification code was in Junk, though.
Yes same for me with a BT oneWouldn't let me register with a Hotmail account said I neded a work email addresss? Anyone else have this?
Thanks got through and registered. Now saying I need a qr code. I am starting to know how the late great Ben's grandad felt with his omsung phine.I've registered with a Hotmail account - just click through. The verification code was in Junk, though.
Every password I am trying is rejected including ones I have for banking apps, definitely don’t register in the queue tomorrow.word of warning - registering to use the ordering system on the app is NOT as straightforward as the club say!
First when you try to register it will warn you that you are using a private email not a company one, there is an option to use private email but you have to look for it!
Then it will say your password isnt good enough-i used 9 characters, including letters and numbers but that wasnt good enough and I had to add some more to that
Then it will ask fort the one time verification code that will be sent via email-but the email isn't from the club and goes to your junk folders. The email is from everyday@dynamify.com and is valid for 5 mins only
none of which is a major issue sat at home with plenty of time, but I would imagine at the stadium, with lots of people, dodgy internet connections will certainly cause some frustrations
If your planning to use the Terrace tomorrow I would advise setting the app up before you go
the qr code is 2025- so not a qr code but just the bloody year number! Thanks got through and registered. Now saying I need a qr code. I am starting to know how the late great Ben's grandad felt with his omsung phine.
Ah. Yes. We meant to tell you about that.I'm just trying to register for the Terrace part of the app. I've entered email, password and personal details. Hit register and got a message saying my email address looks like a personal email ... and 'you can only access your workplace canteen using your work email address'. WHAT??
DO IT!!It's still saying £0.02 / pint for Heineken... Worth a cheeky "order ahead" for tomorrow?
Will they accept Luncheon Vouchers? These are the instructions from the email ... it's almost like an app within an app ... which is a bit weird.
"At the top of the app, next to the BHAFC crest, you'll see an arrow pointing down, click this and it will allow you to select the American Express Stadium venue mode.
Once in venue mode, you'll need to login or register to The Terrace ordering and then check in using the code 2025 (you can do this ahead of time).
Once done, you can select the bar or kitchen and add your items to the cart! Proceed to checkout, add in your details and pay (Google Pay or Apple Pay accepted)".
