Never have an alcoholic drink at the ground as I am usually driving, but do occasionally have a pie and Bovril on the concourse if kick off time impinges on my usual eating arrangements. Might have a peek at the Terrace on Saturday as I pass on my circumnavigation of the ground prior to the game but extremely unlikely that I will try to enter.

As someone who thinks PL tickets are far to expensive and out of reach of many I was surprised how low the club pitched the tickets for beamback games

Having seen the stupidly long queues for the simple coffee shack outside the Amex recently, and the stupidly long queues for Dick's Bar before that, the Terrace queue will be three times longer and three times more worth swerving. Will save meself for the crowd-controlled ticketed Palace beamback thanks for asking. The Amex matchday experience just got better by yet more queueing - said no one ever :bigwave:
I'm sure you'll be miffed to learn that The Terrace is likely to reduce queues at the station by slowing down the post-game exodus. One less thing for you to whinge about!

I've got tickets for the Brentford beamback. I'm more than happy to pay for that instead of swearing at my pc screen when my slow body of moving water freezes. What's not to like with a free drink, I'll obviously buy more anyway & will probably be conned into buying the new food fare.

Re. Saturday, it basically depends. I tend to hang around after matches anyway. I can't remember which match it was but I got another beer before the NS concourse closed & sat outside watching the world go by and the stewards going home!!! 🧏‍♀️ I'll prob stay on the concourse post match & then work my way over there can't see me being able to get in pre match.

Blimey - Someone called @jackalbion is doing his podcast LIVE FROM THE TERRACE this Saturday post match. Good idea. (good luck Jack)

Are the other two here also NSC legends? Or entirely normal people?

Club needed to be applauded for that, money is in the food and drink. Not that long ago Barber was telling the press it was completely justifiable to charge fans £15 to watch us play West Brom in front of an empty stadium

Wouldn't expect to get anywhere near it, but will have a look and see if I can walk past. Will also be looking at the path to it from the car park and whether that has anything else in it...
