In a complex and dark world, some good news.

A sheep receiving care from a West Sussex sanctuary is thriving in its new wheelchair.

Lotus Lamb & Sheep Sanctuary, which rehabilitates animals rescued from extreme cases of neglect and abuse, took in the sheep named Hope earlier in March.

The Wiltshire horn sheep, which arrived in critical condition and struggling to stand, has since undergone treatment and been fitted for the wheels.
