Based on the portions advertised I assume they are serving up panda cubs rather than adults. Possibly the meat is more tender, like lamb versus mutton?A Panda is a large animal so surely a quarter panda will be far too large for most people unless you are hosting a large party.
Also, I assume they won't be using the usual delivery partners as I don't think most of them could get a quarter panda on their moped / illegal eBike.
