I don’t think the post had bad intentions but it belonged in the match thread where people could have shrugged and moved on, and not a new one.

Yep get rid of Welbeck now and the idiot who subbed him on, It is utterly inexcusable to not be 100% the second your boots hit the pitch, in fact, sack the lot of them, this is Brighton FFS we should be above Liverpool, and favourites to win the World Club Cup without conceding. Or an alternative view could be the club is doing f***ing brilliantly, Welbeck didn't have his best 15mins but even at not his best he still had a major part in us winning, as he has done many times this season. We should be f***ing over the moon that someone with his talent and knowledge would come to our club in his final years and absolutely shine to the point pundits are suggesting he should be back in the England squad. Two views you pick one that fits.

Dull Man's Stato Club Alert.

Just watched that video as well, some great memories and goals and analysed how and where he got them -

Right Foot Inside the 18yd Box - 10 (inc. 4 in 6yd box)
Left Foot Inside the 18 yd Box - 6 (inc. 2 in 6yd box)
Right Foot outside the 18yd Box - 4 (inc. 1 Free kick)
Left Foot outside the 18yd Box - 1
Headers inside the 18yd Box - 10 (inc. 5 in the 6yd box).

Total of 31 - 26 inside the 18yd area (16 with feet, 10 headers) and 5 outside the box. 11 goals inside the 6yd box.

So, definitely versatile, much more clinical inside the 18yd area and a Fox in the 6yd Box with just over 1 in 3 coming from close range. What you'd hope from a seasoned veteran striker I guess and shows his ability in the air, wish we'd use that option more with more crosses to him when he's on the pitch as that's a great goal threat for us.

He just oozes class on and off the field.

And the former Man U, Arse and England striker is having his best playing/scoring stat years in an Albion shirt 😀
