The beam back is an excellent deal. Fair play. If I lived locally I'd definitely be on board.

Hopefully it would be more fun than the last beam back for the game at Villa to clinch the Championship title. The team f***ed up, and we were surrounded by drunk / coked up wankers.

They had one for Ipswich away in January too.

They've been rare but i think they've done a few each season since then. The last one was Ipswich (A) in January i think.

Indeed - I should have been clearer and written 'the last one that I WENT TO...'

This was a big set up with screens set up on the Amex pitch, rather than a 1901 lounge thing, mind.

last one i went to was Brentford away in the promotion season. The 3-3 with Hemed's header in the 94th. Great atmosphere on the North Stand concourse that afternoon.

I went to a Brentford away game but I am not sure it was the promotion season, because it was in one the suites and sat round a circular table on high chairs if I recall correctly.

I went to the Palace one the first season we were at the Amex, was held in the East Stand, we lost, Dunk was sent off, not been to another :lolol:

I remember back in the day there was something at the Greyhound Stadium for our game v Grimsby when we were relegated, we watched the game on the TV's before the racing started. That was grim as well

I think it was the Heineken lounge. Guy Butters was hosting it, if I remember correctly.

94 spaces left as of 3pm. A great start to "The Terrace" Im looking forward to it, my issue with watching in pubs is the small screens, hopefully if its a success its going to be a regular thing for away matches, England Matches and other events

Im aready planning to use it for coffee stops on my bike rides

Ditto. Given that experience I'll just go to the game myself where my record has been a tad more successful.

The concourse beam back was this match in 2016/17. Hemed's equaliser was actually 90+7
We nearly went 3-0 down but Stockdale saved a penalty - what a game and afternoon that was. And i wasn't even there !
The atmosphere in the new place for those new Beambacks - if we eke out a few wins - is going to be incredible.

What might be interesting is whether they will attempt to curtail the beer luzzing if they show England games.
