Option 1 was clearly an error but still got 6 votes, lol

I've gone for Burnley despite the fact I still have fond memories of the whole Reading thing. Burnley for me because when we missed out, Burnley were one of the two who went up - it would be football karma.

One day, it would be nice to be involved in and manufacture a nice 0-0 draw to ensure either Spurs or Southampton were relegated or missed out in some way.

Brighton factually.....

Jebus, let it go, it was nearly 50 years ago....

I would not like to upset you.

Don't ever go on the Sunderland forum. They still absolutely hate Coventry after an even worse stitch-up in 1977, involving some very dubious behaviour from Jimmy Hill.

Good to see more people want Which Team FC to miss out on promotion than Sheffield Utd.

Leeds.

That was probably the least time I've used to answer an nsc poll ever

I’d prefer to see Coventry, Bristol and Sunderland. Just to mix it up a bit. Leeds/Burnley/SheffU/Southampton/Leicester alternating seasons up and down is so dull now
Would be nice. Think those 3 would struggle to get to 20 points though.

I think anyone will now tbh although, if 10 teams are involved in Euro/CL then it could mean some difficult seasons for some of the mid table teams

Currently I give any team going up a very limited chance of staying. Depends more on what Wolves do than the teams going up.
But the teams you mentioned... I give them no chance. The "boring ones" like Burnley and Leeds at least have some recent experience from participating.

Mmm I see your thinking but out of the two Burnley imho compared to Leeds would go back down, Leeds if they survived first season will eventually morph into the next Villa
I really dont mind Leeds. And Im 61, so go back to the Revie era. I quite liked the fact that they challenged the smug elite back then - Man Utd, Liverpool etc. I just never ever got the hate - I dont particularly like Burnley, with their small town racism.. funny how they were on Jay Rodrigues side a few years back, but are suddenly all outraged by this Preston bloke. (Rightly so... but the hypocrisy is blatant)
