Spring is in the Air! (along with dangerous toxic pollution levels killing tens of thousands each year, but that’s been the case for decades and no one really cares enough to stop it so choke and cough we must!)

The London plane tree pollen is my nemesis, comes out in March and I start taking Allevia last week in February. Seems to do the trick. Clarinaze nasal spray if it's overwhelming.

Piriton. Can’t take much due to Riveroxaban

I was able to ditch that (or its cheaper generic) when I found that the first thing morning use of Beconase Nasal Spray was an incredible game changer. Sometimes it takes Optrex for the eyes, to set me up for the day. This virtually cures it for me, on a daily basis. Obviously everyone's different.

I only seem to suffer at night with stuffiness - anyone else get this and what do you find works best as I haven't really found anything that really lasts all night.

Brighton factually.....

Mine seems to be mainly at night and sometimes like now, I just suddenly block up, eyes sore and headache...
Not found anything that works, I seem to get it all year round now in some form.
Bad from Feb until the end of June, then from around end of September through to December...
I can't work that out.
