Done a Frexit, now in London
Not last season they weren't.

Interesting their stadium is too small for ECL, so we have to play elsewhere

The the cup part was a boob joke.

I think this would definitely be possible:

He's played and worked in England before
Brest are going to lose quite a few key players this summer
They'll be playing Champions League 200 km plus away
The glamour of working in the PL cannot be underestimated
He is at a stage of his life where this might be the only chance he'll get to coach in a Top 4 league
We have a high reputation in Europe
Salary will definitely be better at Brighton

A more plausible candidate than others mentioned so far.
