Eze and the full back etc suddenly back before our game - happens every year. The luckiest ‘*club’ around.

* Third version of due to cheating
I understand that Eze is their superstar.
But he has never done anything noteworthy against us.
Has he ever played in the fixture?

Why'd you have to go and say that?!

Dougal, you’re back! Well hoo-f***ing-rah! What a coincidence that it’s on the day when those spawny clowns scrape an undeserved point…anyway…how have you been? Still polishing up your faux “I’m a a Palace fan” routine? What subject are you planning to use as your next piece of satirical genius? The new stand? The why-only-four-”seaweed”-players-get-into-the combined-XI? The why Palace’s finances are more robust than Brighton’s? The Palace academy will produce more quality players than Brighton’s? Or a fresh take on the stale and indefensible why Palace is a bigger club than Brighton? Anyway I look forward to it immensely, old son…

I went there yesterday in the hope of seeing Palace concede a lot of goals but came away wondering whether Hodgson was a tactical genius. Playing in a 10-0-0 formatio, time-wasting from the sixth minute but somehow scored two goals.
I’m still scratching my head tbh.

Ah, of course! Playing the “can’t believe Palace have been lucky” narrative. Yeah, nice shtick, Dougal, good one.

Can I ask you…you’re a Brighton fan, pretending to be an unbelievably irritating Palace troll*, how do you approach Thursday? What’s your angle there?

While you're at it, fucķ off again. And when you've fucķed off, fucķ off a bit more.
That would seem less likely if you're going to insist on giving him the only thing he wants, when he reappears here.

There was some goon on Fascist Twitter a few days ago saying that 7 Palace players get into the joint Palace/Brighton team. A slightly less insane Palace fan (but still certifiable) replied that it was no more than 4🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣.
On last night's performance is there actually a single Palace player who would strengthen our team? Would we take Guehi over JPVH? I wouldn't.

I wouldn’t say 4 isn’t too far off tbh.

Sam Johnstone is a decent keeper. Not sure if he’s good enough on the ball for a De Zerbi side but he’s a better goalkeeper than Steele.

I love Van Hecke but I’m not sure he’d start over Guehi. Him and Dunk would be an excellent pairing.

Cheik Dourcoure would have been an excellent Caicedo replacement whilst Baleba gets up to speed

Eze would also be excellent just behind the striker in De Zerbiball

Johnstone
Veltman - Guehi - Dunk - Pervis
Dourcoure - Groß
Adingra - Eze - Mitoma
Pedro

Verbruggen, Van Hecke, Igor, Mitchell, Baleba, Gilmour, Olise, Ferguson, March

Would probably challenge for top 4 as a team. We’re definitely the better squad and have a much better manager but they have a few players who’d be great for us, IMO.

I dont think you have quite caught the spirit of this thread. Distinct lack of transphobic insults for a start.
