I know it keeps coming up but the LP's given for these games make it harder and harder for those not in tier 1 to get in.
I'm there already so no problems, but I'm getting 10 pts for a game that only those at the top can get. The rich get richer.
It works both ways. Many in Tier 1 will not go to Palace. Those in Tier 2 have the possibility of closing the gap by 10 points. More people will move up or down than if it was 5 points.

Another £100+ out of the account tomorrow morning then..... I'd imagine there'll be loads left for Tier 2 based on some of the doomsayers following not beating Sheff utd yesterday......

Precious points come Dublin in May !

Think this is correct - don’t think it even sold out at T2 last time. I know a few T1s that can’t be arsed with the whole ballache of it, and being so close to Christmas might also have an impact.
It did.
I had a family emergency and didn't log in until the evening.
Fortunately managed to pick up an ambulant disabled return a couple of days before the game.

There's always hope.

I suspect the 10 pts on offer will make this very appealing for our fans who will be aflling just short of tier 1 for our next European jaunt ( wherever that may be)

Which is why the club need to keep up with their policy of checking that the people buying the tickets are the ones going.
Otherwise it's too easy to stay at the top, once you're there. (i know the vast majority of our Tier 1 fans don't need to and wouldn't do this).

What I'll say about this is that I've moved from just home season ticket level points to the brink of tier 1 pretty quickly. It's not really a closed shop if you are prepared to spend the money going to the distant away games. Obviously the cost of this can be exclusionary for a number of our fans

302 seems ridiculously high for Palace tier 1.
Won't that just be automatic based on the number of loyalty points people have in relation to number of tickets. Where they know it's a bit off is that they've given out 10pts as they know this top loyalty point level is a bit ridiculous

This T1 will not be doing Palace this year, moving it from the saturday to midweek has nixed it for me, so that's one extra that will be free.

Agreed - have got pretty close to Tier 1, with 2 seasons of 50% of away games and cup matches.
We are quite lucky that there is still plenty of scope to push into Tier1 if you are a long-standing season ticket holder and prepare to do 10 - 12 away games a season.

That might not last forever, so worth getting on it whilst you can.

Agree. Guy I go with only really started going to away games about a year ago and is well up the list including Ajax away.
