"In last reported accounts for 2021, the firm suffered a near £11m pre-tax loss after taking a big hit on a major stadium job, believed to be Fulham FC’s Craven Cottage Riverside stand."

Is that finished yet? If so, any intention to return the bit next to the away end as 'neutral'.

I like Fulham as an away day but not enough to spend my next trip there peering round a pillar.
I was tempted by Fulham v Brentford this Saturday as there were seats available and I have a booking history. £105 each. I’ll be watching Soccer Saturday instead methinks!

Ouch. For that amount they might even give you a seat without a blocking support pole.

Proves many companies even the size of this contractor are all living hand to mouth so to speak.

They are still fitting out the corporate stuff behind the stand and I'm unsure if the hotel in the Hammersmith corner and health club in the Putney corner are finished. Work really slowed during covid. The bloke who sits next to me works in the same industry as Buckingham, so I'll quiz him on Saturday.

There will be more seats filled this season than last including the £3k / ST ones but not all.
As far as the neutral section is concerned, I don't think it will return as there've been changes to EPL rules (away section has to be bigger) and a lot of FFC season ticket holders who were displaced from the old Riverside stand have not gone back there.

£105 is
a) outrageous on the face of it,
b) about the cost of a West End show ticket for the Saturday matinee performance lasting the same amount of time,
c) almost the cost of my daughter's U18 ST at the Cottage.

B) nah average cheapest ticket for the theatre , even on a Saturday is 30/40 quid. I just looked at wicked and Les mis to check this.

What a pity. The Amex was delivered on time and within budget, not something you can ever take for granted on such a major project, particularly starting completely from scratch. I think they did the MK Dongs stadium as well (which is decent, if rather empty and soulless).
