FFS how many times is Savage going to bang on about the goal being de Gea’s fault
Rewatching it, I actually think it was more de Gea's fault than Maguire's. The pass de Gea made to Maguire was slow and bouncing rather than driven flat and directly to Maguire. Maguire hits it first time, but by that point he's surrounded by Seville players.

But yes, Maguire is guilty of not realizing that the moment to play the first time pass to the wing was long gone. But I don't think he really had a lot of good options at that point.

When de Gea initially made the pass the move was on.

It was more the fact that Savage just went on and on and on about it rather than whose fault it was

Eriksen must be a bit knackered, second game in a week and he’s been out for a while. I hope Rashford comes on and tests his groin a few times by sprinting flat out

Ball goes in off the shoulder, or as the officials at the recent Brighton Spurs game would refer to it “The Hand Of God 2”

WTF happened to Sevilla? They were atrocious first 75 of this tie, could have been 6 down and United got complacent.

They’ve risked Rashford and Shaw as well, all going swimmingly for us.

I’m torn between revelling in Utd’s demise here - and wanting them to drag themselves back into it, forcing Rashford, Shaw etc into extra time.
